President Vladimir Putin congratulated the employees and veterans of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation on the 11th anniversary of the establishment of the department as an independent federal state body. This was reported on the Kremlin website.
The head of state noted that over the years of work, the Investigative Committee has proven its effectiveness and is now one of the most important parts of the law enforcement system.
According to Putin, the Investigative Committee is at the forefront of the fight against crime and corruption. They protect the rights and freedoms of the country's citizens.
The President emphasized that work in the Investigative Committee requires exceptional competence, integrity and devotion to duty from employees.
“After all, your impeccable professional and personal qualities largely depend on the successful solution of the tasks facing the Investigative Committee, people's belief in the triumph of law and justice, – said Putin.
Earlier, the head of the Russian Federation promoted two deputy heads of the Investigative Committee.
