First of all, shooters, tankers, artillerymen, drivers will be called. Those who are registered with the military and who are abroad “on a short trip” can also be mobilized. Mobilization will not affect those permanently residing abroad and not registered with the military.
Women with the appropriate military specialties, in particular, doctors, can also be called up for service, however, as Vladimir Tsimlyansky, a representative of the General Staff, noted, “the need for such specialists is minimal.” Those declared temporarily unfit for health reasons will not be affected by the mobilization, as well as those who have four or more dependent children under 16 years old.
